D365 CE online - Loan Origination and U/W application
Company Overview
The company is a leading NBFC startup offering Business Loans and other financial products
such as Invoice Discounting.
Client Requirement
The client wanted to consolidate their current digital platforms such as Excel sheets, web portal to a Loan origination and U/W system primarily to cater to business loans. The loan origination could be done in a self-service mode by the applicant or could Relationship Manager (RM) assisted. Once the application was received a case transaction (loan application was created). Based on the Business PAN entered, a series of APIs needed to be triggered to establish the eligibility. The information received from the APIs had to be stored and an automated BRE-based scoring based on 29+ financial parameters was to be triggered to arrive at an application rating.

Project Summary
The solution was developed on the D365 CE platform and was integrated into the various regulatory sites such as NSDL, CIBIL, RoC, etc using a combination of APIs and Power Automate. A rules the engine was developed to assign weightage to each parameter based on which the overall score was calculated. Following are the key features/capabilities delivered
